What if I am not at Home?
We will leave your flowers in a safe shady place, at the font or side of your house, in a porch or with a friendly neighbour. You can text, phone (leave a message) or email us the details. Alternatively you can collect from one of our collection points at your convenience. Just let us know of any changes by Tuesday before 7pm for delivery that week

What if I want to Cancel?
You can cancel at any time there is absolutely no obligation to receive flowers every week. Just let us know of any changes by Tuesday before 7pm for delivery that week

What happens if I go away on holiday?
If you are going away on holiday or want to pause your subscription for any other reason just let us know Can I have my flowers delivered to a different address? Certainly – just let us know by Tuesday 7pm for that weeks deliveries

Can I order extra bunches?
Of course If you’d like to order an additional bunches, for a dinner party, special occasion, or a gift bouquet, please let us know by Tuesday 7pm for that weeks deliveries

We will make any changes requested by Tuesday 7pm for that week’s deliveries – and aim to reply to all other queries within 48 hours.

Please note that your extra bunch will be delivered on your usual delivery day in addition to your usual bunch.
